Deposits may be required
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Late payments may pause work
3. Deliverables
Deliverables are defined before production
Formats, timelines, and scope are agreed upfront
We control production workflow
4. Revisions
Up to 3 revision rounds included
Extra revisions cost extra
No reshoots unless agreed
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide clear direction
Approve concepts before filming
Provide access to locations/talent
Delays from client = delayed delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Client receives usage rights after payment
We retain rights to use content for:
Portfolio
Marketing
Promotion
Unless agreed otherwise.
7. Production Conditions
We are not responsible for:
Weather issues
Location restrictions
Talent issues
Extra shoot days may cost extra.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect damages
Lost revenue or business
Max liability = amount paid.
9. Cancellation
Work completed is still billed
Deposits are non-refundable
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
Copy content without permission
Disrupt the site
Violate laws
11. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for them.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms anytime.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by U.S. law.
